This site does not require account creation. Service enquiries are handled via the contact form or email correspondence.
2.2 Accuracy of submitted information
When submitting a form or making an enquiry, you agree to provide accurate, current information. Providing false information may result in enquiries not being processed.
2.3 Enquiry response times
We aim to respond to all enquiries within two business days. We cannot guarantee response times during public holidays or periods of unusual volume.

We make reasonable efforts to keep this site accessible. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally cause brief periods of unavailability, which we will aim to minimise.
3.2 Geographic availability
The website is accessible globally. Wellness consultations are currently available to clients in Japan. Enquiries from other regions are welcome and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3.3 Modifications to services
Axis Pulse Tide Chroma may update, expand, or discontinue any service or feature without prior notice. Session pricing and availability are subject to change and are confirmed at time of booking.

4.2 Session deliverables
Habit maps, routine plans, and programme documents produced during sessions are provided for personal use only. They may not be reproduced, shared commercially, or distributed without consent.
4.3 Feedback and submissions
Any feedback or suggestions submitted via the contact form may be used to improve services. No personal attribution will be made without permission.

The content on this site and the sessions offered by Axis Pulse Tide Chroma are for general wellness and informational purposes only. Service availability, modifications and force majeure
Axis Pulse Tide Chroma provides its services on a reasonable-endeavours basis. While we work to keep our website and consultation channels available, scheduled maintenance, dependency outages (hosting, telephony, payment processors), public-holiday closures and events of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, infrastructure failure, public-health emergencies and government action) may interrupt availability without prior notice. We will not be liable for damages arising from such interruptions, and any pre-paid sessions affected by a confirmed outage will be rescheduled or refunded pro-rata in line with our cancellation policy.
Intellectual property, content licence and acceptable use
All text, photographs, layouts, illustrations, code and trademarks displayed on this website are the property of Axis Pulse Tide Chroma (or our licensors) and are protected under Japanese copyright and trademark law as well as international treaties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not (a) reproduce, redistribute, mirror or publicly display our content in any form without our prior written permission; (b) use our content to train machine-learning models without an explicit licence; (c) submit content via our forms that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing or that infringes third-party rights; or (d) interfere with the security or integrity of our site (including probing, scanning or attempting to bypass authentication).
Governing law, dispute resolution and severability
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of first instance over any dispute arising from your use of Axis Pulse Tide Chroma, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your place of residence direct otherwise. Before formal litigation, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through written correspondence for at least thirty (30) calendar days. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be struck only to the extent necessary, and the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
