These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the visitor or client) and Axis Pulse Tide Chroma. They apply to your use of this website and any wellness consultation services accessed through it.

Legal information and dispute resolution
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
Dispute resolution
In the first instance, disputes should be raised with Axis Pulse Tide Chroma directly via the contact page. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues informally before any formal proceedings are initiated.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed, without affecting the validity of remaining provisions.
Modification of terms
Axis Pulse Tide Chroma may update these terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Payment, cancellation and refund procedure
Where Axis Pulse Tide Chroma offers paid sessions, programmes or consultations, fees are quoted in Japanese yen and may be subject to Japanese consumption tax (currently 10 percent) where applicable. Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations received more than 72 hours before a scheduled session receive a full refund; cancellations between 72 and 24 hours receive a 50 percent refund or a single complimentary reschedule; cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. If a refund cannot be issued via the original method (e.g., expired card), we will contact you to arrange a bank transfer to a verified Japanese account.
Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by Japanese law, Axis Pulse Tide Chroma shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees paid by you to Axis Pulse Tide Chroma in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (b) ten thousand Japanese yen (¥10,000). You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axis Pulse Tide Chroma and its representatives from any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of our services.
Account suspension, termination and data return
Axis Pulse Tide Chroma reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to paid services at our reasonable discretion where (i) you materially breach these Terms; (ii) we are required to do so by Japanese law, regulation, or court order; or (iii) continued provision would expose us or other users to material risk of harm. On termination, we will return or securely delete personal data we hold about you within a reasonable period, save for records we are legally required to retain. Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued before the date of termination, including any outstanding payment obligations.
